We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the company’s overall financial management and planning. This role plays a key part in driving the organization’s sustainability, operational efficiency, and growth by providing financial leadership, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial control and business strategy — with the ability to collaborate across departments, provide data-driven insights, and support decision-making at the executive level.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Coordinate closely with management and construction departments to ensure financial alignment across operations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial models, and profitability analyses to improve business performance.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and investment strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and returns.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and manage risk.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance in accordance with national and international regulations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on financial performance, business opportunities, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams to ensure professional excellence and integrity.
- Placement: Mataram, Lombok - NTB
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in financial management or financial control, ideally within the construction, real estate, or international project sectors.
- Strong command of taxation, accounting, and financial reporting (knowledge of IFRS / International Accounting Standards is a plus).
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Skilled in ERP/accounting software and financial modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with non-financial departments.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written at a high professional level).
