Full Time (Temporary/Based on Project)
Work Location : Semarang

Key Performance Areas :
- Conducts regular S4D (sport for development) training for participants to develop individuals holistically.
- Support the Project Coordinator in the implementation of the S4D (sport for development) program and project Strategic Plan.
- Guide other sectors in the formulation and implementation of project S4D (sport for development).
- Collaborate with other sectors to integrate S4D (sport for development) projects for child and youth development.
- Protect children, youth and adults in accordance with duties and responsibilities
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in either Sports Science/Sports Coaching, or any other relevant education.
- experience working in communities and society as a program officer minimum 2 years
- Have basic pedagogical skills
- Have experience in working with young people and children’s
- Able to read and create training programs, and provide instructions.
- Able to provide and share knowledge based on valid and accurate scientific evidence.
- Understand of Child Protection https://bit.ly/CodeofConduct2023
- Indonesian and English language proficiency (oral and written).
- Able to work in groups.
- Must be confident, responsible and reliable.
- travel on business trips if needed
- Based on Semarang
