- Plan and manage your personal end-user portfolio according to the business strategy and agreed goals and objectives.
- Train & Educate end users on performance advantage and safe use of company products.
- Ensure that all Company products and services are continually promoted through active contact with Partners and follow up on leads for new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate the range of power tools and accessories to our existing and new end users and convert strategic large users to Company brand.
- Complete detailed tracking and reporting of sales reports associated to End-user.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events.
- Maintain a high level of product and application knowledge Delivery safety programs and work with industry representative bodies/associations.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the manager from time to time.
- Building value added relationships with key organizations & end-users in designated markets.
- Utilize available resources to put tools in the hands of the end user.
- Target driven person
- Have car driving license and willing to travel out of town
- Strong knowledge of power tools and related end users targets
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder groups across the business
- Solid problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
