Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT MEDAN Medan TerbaruAbout the Assignment:
- Guide our Driver to get Passenger intensively
- Manage all Driver to do good service to all passenger
- Provide Daily performance data to driver through coaching & counseling
- Maintain driver to be still sustain
- Support management in retention driver program
The Core Objectives:
- educating drivers to always be able to follow company rules in order to survive by providing motivation and lessons
about earning as Grab drivers
- To Help drivers solve every daily problem in the field
- to Repot all driver performance to management to get better solution in bussiness plan
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Min D3/S1any major with min GPA 2,75
- Clear articulation and Good communication in Bahasa
- Have experience in the customers area
- Sense Of Emphaty
- Energetic and agile
- Attention to Detail
- Adaptive with dynamic changes
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
- Able to speak English with minimum passive communication
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 monthsPay: Rp370,000,000 - Rp376,000,000 per month
