Training in China：
- General Professional Training Focus: Professional skills training, hands-on practical training
- Chinese Language Course: Yes
- On-site company internship training
Job Responsibilities after Returning to Indonesia：Divided by position into Design & Technical and Project Management
Application Requirements：
(1) Required Majors: Energy, Chemical Engineering, Engineering
(2) Language Requirements: Fluent in English
Salary and Benefits during Training in China：
(1)Specific Salary: S1: 150,000 IDR/day; S2: 200,000 IDR/day
(2)Insurance: Accident insurance
(3)Holiday Arrangements: Follows Chinese national holidays
(4)Accommodation and Meals: Fully covered
Salary and Benefits after Returning to Indonesia：
(1) Specific Salary Structure: 8-12jt/month
(2) Additional Benefits Provided by the Company, such as insurance, free meals and accommodation, team-building activities: Insurance, team-building activities, free meals, and accommodation provided on project sites
Working Hours in China: Based on school study schedule; at the company, training hours are 9:00-12:00; 13:30-17:30
Working Hours in Indonesia: 8 hours per day
