Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja RESERVATION STAFF Kuta TerbaruLotus Hotels is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a RESERVATION STAFF in Jimbaran-Bali.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails from our global clientele and providing assistance with booking suitable reservations. You will also be responsible for accurately recording customer information, including payment details, and offering customers advice on available upgrades or promotions that can enhance their overall experience with us. Additionally, you will assist customers with altering or cancelling reservations, as needed. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent phone and email etiquette, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented and hardworking
- Flexible
- Familiar with email correspondence
- Familiar with channel manager, OTA's extranet, booking engine, Social Media platforms and WhatsApp for business
- At least one experience as the reservation in villa or hotel is a plus
- Have experience in using PMS is a plus
Reservations Agent Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or cancelling reservations
- Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
- Respond to Social Media inquiries as well as WhatsApp communication with potential clients
- Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
- Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, and rates
- Accurately record customer information and proceed with payments upon successful reservations
