Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja ID_Strategic Account Manager Indonesia Terbaru

  • Develops Key Account Plans to maximize the resource utilization and ensures execution of KEY Account Plans, (R)KAM/CRM KPIs achievement, increase of actual BI’s products access vs target, market share development & account base expansion. Has the responsibility to meet/exceed tender/vaccine bidding results for the entire accounts in charge, individual direct reports and channels.
  • To execute key account strategies, sales and marketing plans, promotional strategies and projects of assigned products in identified key accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Leads without authority a team of Territory Manager in the country through strategic Key Account thinking and communication. Ensures that Territory Managers has goal clarity and knows the strategy to achieve the goals. Inspire right behaviors and drive executional excellence through demonstrating winning spirit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, develop, execute, monitor and achieve the National KAM Plan
  • Utilize information / reports /CRM system Veeva to maximize account engagement and sales team productivity
  • Collaboration with Territory Manager and Technical Service Manager, in order to ensure that objectives are achieved in KA by each territory
  • Observe, document and reward the Quantitative and Qualitative performance of Key Accounts
Requirements:
  • Business related Degree; Degree in Veterinary Medicine and/or Animal Husbandry is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in handling Strategic/Key Accounts
  • English is required
