Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja General Affair PT Dyandra Promosindo Surabaya Surabaya Terbaru
- General Affairs ensures seamless operations and events by managing logistics
- Verifying equipment functionality
- Identifying vendors and cultivating vendor partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Arrange logistics (transportation, accommodations, etc.).
- Provide equipment and supplies.
- Prepare financial and operational reports.
- Return equipment and facilities.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain documents and archives.
- Minimum Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in General Affairs Event
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes
- Capable of managing permits, procurement of goods, and company assets
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage documents
- Ability to drive (preferably with a valid SIM A driver’s license)
