Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Supervisor Restaurant Badung TerbaruYEN Social is opening soon in Brawa, Bali. We are looking to fill the position of a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing and motivating staff.
2. Maintain hygiene standards and food quality in accordance with regulations.
3. Assist in planning and monitoring the restaurant's inventory.
4. Ensure service meets the established standards.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
6. Conduct training and development of staff based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or other managerial positions in the Food & Beverage industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
