Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Villa Supervisor Gianyar TerbaruGuest Services:
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
Property Maintenance:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the villa is well-maintained and clean.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance tasks promptly.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Communication:
- Maintain open communication with management, staff, and guests.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rp350,000,000 - Rp400,000,000 per month
