As a Branch Manager, you will lead our branch to success by overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, great customer-facing skill, and a focus on achieving business goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent service and achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and meet sales targets
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and the community to enhance branch reputation.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within customer service, better yet in the education sector.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google workspace.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
