Overview:
As a Media Buyer at Klara Cosmetics, you’ll play a crucial role in our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Your expertise in media strategy, negotiation, and analytics will contribute directly to our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Media Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute media plans aligned with our marketing objectives, target audience, and budget.
- Identify the most effective channels (digital, social, print, etc.) for reaching our audience.
- Campaign Execution:
- Negotiate and purchase media space (online and offline) to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad materials are compelling and on-brand.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze campaign data (impressions, clicks, conversions) to optimize performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platforms to inform decisions.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and platforms.
- Negotiate rates, placements, and added value opportunities.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, including designers, content creators, and social media managers.
- Ensure alignment between media campaigns and overall marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management:
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Track expenses and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven track record as a media buyer, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation abilities for securing favorable media rates.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Creative thinking to identify unique media opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
