Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja General Affair Badung TerbaruAdministrative Support:
- Managing office supplies and ensuring that all necessary items are available and in stock.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Facility Management:
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of office facilities.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office-related services (e.g., cleaning, security).
- Ensuring the workplace is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Human Resources Support:
- Coordinating employee training sessions and other HR-related activities.
- Handling business licenses, work permits (KITAS, Visa) and other matters by coordinating with related institutions.
IT and Equipment Management:
- Ensuring that office equipment is functional and properly maintained.
- Coordinating with IT support for troubleshooting and setting up new equipment.
Policy Implementation:
- Helping to develop and enforce office policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Educational Background:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
