Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Collection Account Receivable Surabaya TerbaruJob Description:
- Review the company debtor list
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
- Advising customers on their payment option and suggesting methods of payments
- Negotiating suitable payment plans
- Preparing customers financial statements for banks and the state credit departments
- Instituting legal action when customer fail to pay their debt
- Responding to customers queries
- Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Collection Officer/Account Receivable
- Bachelor's degree in Accountant or a related field.
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Willing to visit customer
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with state debt collection laws
- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures
