Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Public Relations Manager for Financial Services Jakarta Terbaru

In the mission to building out a Financial Services platform with world-class access to savings and investments for all Indonesian, Findaya, is working on the top of GOPAY team, to help our partners (Mitra) in purchasing goods through installment. As a Public Relations Manager in Financial Services team, you'll be working closely with product, branding and marketing team to develop product positioning and brand awareness for our customers and partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter with a strategic mind, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of executing successful corporate communication efforts. Extensive media networking is a mandatory requirement for this role. The successful position incumbent will need to be prepare and skillfully manage multiple programs from strategic planning through tactical execution of public relation and communication initiatives.
What You'll Do
Develop & implement of Corporate Communications objectives
Respond to media questions and aggressively pitch stories to the media, develop media kits and organize media event
Develop and implement 360 PR strategy and calendar for Financial Services new products
Managing any initiative related to PR Program and maintaining its timeline and planning to be well-delivered
Develop briefing notes and talking points for appointed spoke-person
Work with crisis team to counter negative publicity and handle crisis and emergency communications.
Keep tight lid on confidential plans and development of the company
What You'll Need
Experience and very strong background in media relations
At least 8 years experience in communication; such as PR, communications, media, and corporate communications (experienced in working as communications consultant or in a News Media in Indonesia is a plus)
Align with company's mission, curios and passionate for social impact.
Indepth knowledge of government policies and tech company landscape in Indonesia and Region. (Knowledge about fintech or financial services is a plus)
Broad skills of corporate communications, campaign creation, article pitching, media relations, event organization, writing skills in Indonesian and English, crisis communication handling, and media relations (A data driven and experienced in research will be a plus)
Able to travel and have a flexible working time
Experience in tech companies or financial institutions/fintech is preferred
