Job Deskripsi
- Prepare daily, monthly and annually work programs for planting, upkeeping, harvesting, and etc.
- Prepare divisional data for the annual budget planning based on the strategy and evaluation program
- Coordinate and distribute daily programs to Foreman (Mandor) & Clerk (Kerani), ensure the program is carried out according to target
- Setting up manpower planning to implement daily programs based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Prepare all tools and materials in good condition to support the daily program
- Collaborate with Traction Machinery Assistant to carry out all crops production and support transportation activities based on daily program that has been prepared
- Collaborate with Research team of Bah Lias Research Station (BLRS) for latest improvement and agronomy update
- Monitoring & Controlling daily programs who implemented by subordinates
- Evaluate daily programs with Foreman (Mandor) and Planning for next day’s program
- Analyze the bottlenecks for each problem related to agronomy or non-agronomy
- Maintain good relationships with teams, employees, government, community leaders, and communities around estate
- Coordinate with Operation Administration Department (OAD) Team for data collection in the division for company projections or future decision making
- Managing teams to improve their knowledge and skills for implementing agronomy programs
- Ensure teams know and follow SOP not limited to upkeeping, harvesting, and safety

Deskripsi Persyaratan
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, or a related field
- Maximum 2 years experiences in Field Assistant or Fresh graduate
- Maximum 30 years old
- Having good communication skills, leadership, man/team management, and responsibility
- Having great agricultural skills in palm oil not limited to Land Clearing, Nursery, Immature, and Mature
- Excellent skills in Ms Office
- Ability work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Willing to be placed in all company business units (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi) based on candidate profile
- Willing to be relocated according company needs

Lonsum commenced oil palm plantations in 1980’s and since then oil palm has grown and become primary crop and major growth contributor to the company. Lonsum listed its shares on Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges (now Indonesia Stock Exchange) in 1996. In 2007, Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. (IndoAgri) through its subsidiary, PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP) acquired and became Lonsum’s majority shareholder. Since the acquisition, Lonsum is part of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk’s (Indofood) Group and synergising with other companies under Indofood Group. Lonsum’s estates are located in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java and Sulawesi. As of December 31, 2023, total nucleus planted area was 111,940 hectares comprising 91,759 hectares of oil palm, followed by 16,238 hectares of rubber and 3,943 hectares of other crops mainly cocoa and tea. Oil palm and rubber plasma partnership was 35,417 hectares. Lonsum operates 12 palm oil mills in Sumatra and Kalimantan, with a total annual Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) processing capacity of 2.7 million tonnes. Lonsum also operates 3 crumb rubber processing facilities, 2 sheet rubber processing facilities, a cocoa factory and a tea factory. The Research and Development Centre, Sumatra Bioscience or SumBio, in Bah Lias, North Sumatra, plays a central role in improving Lonsum’s productivity and crop quality. SumBio is also known in industry as the producer of superior oil palm seed. The Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certifications started since 2013, following the first certification of sustainable palm oil in North Sumatra. At the end of 2023, Lonsum has achieved 258,000 tonnes of ISPO-certified CPO or 100% of total nucleus CPO production.
