HSE Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in HSE.
- Ahli K3 Umum certificate holder.
- Proficient in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3L, and PROPER
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environment regulations and implementation.
- Good understanding of waste management plan and HSE audit management.
Main Job Description:
- Develop and ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental management systems across business units.
- Perform effective HSE risk assessment and develop preventive measures and/or mitigations.
- HSE training management for employees.
- Supervise the implementation of waste management plan.
- Audit and review the implementation of HSE management system.
- Ensure HSE implementation in accordance with law and regulation.
