- Determine product vision and strategy to all managers and employees on the product team.
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet market demands and company objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure production schedules are met and that products/services are delivered on time.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production and development teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all products/services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Drive the adoption of innovative production techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior production management role within the IT industry, such as Chief Production Officer, VP of Production, or similar.
- Extensive experience in managing software development, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of industry and market trends
- Able to collect, analyze and interpret market data, customer data, and other relevant data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp5,000,000.00 - Rp10,000,000.00 per month
