Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Logistic and Warehouse Manager Balikpapan TerbaruResponsible for overseeing Warehouse and Logistics activities and implementing effective strategies to support the company’s parts operations
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for operational activities of all warehouse facilities – BPN, Branch & Sites.
- Continuous warehouse and storage system design improvements (control FIFO concept)
- Responsible of Receiving of goods physically and administratively.
- Responsible of Picking of parts & Packing of goods for dispatch, and arranging BPN Branch internal parts deliveries. Cleaning & packing of core return components & warranty.
- Accountability to supervise and ensure Safety, security & housekeeping of warehouses & outside parts storage areas.
- In charge of Stock maintenance.
- Arranging Transport for export & site supplies.
- Responsible to arrange transport for delivery of new machines as required.
- Responsible for all Loading & unloading activity and ensuring it is in safe manner.
- Accountability to provide all assistance required by Dept. Head.
- Accountability to ensures annual appraisal is conducted in timely manner and submit to HR Dept.
Your qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Leadership - requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
- Integrity - requires being honest and ethical.
- Good in English both Verbal and Written.
- Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Ability to analyze and solve problem.
- Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minimize risk of mistakes.
- Personnel Advance skill in BAAN program specially on goods in-goods out analysis.
- 10 years of progressive experience in Parts Operation.
