- Providing supervision of the team underneath in carrying out their duties
- Helping Desk Collection Manager and Head of Collection to develop and control the strategies implemented with the aim of achieving the targets set
- Ensuring daily collection activities run in accordance with applicable procedures and policies
- Ensuring that the Team that is in their supervision works in accordance with the determined productivity & effectiveness
- Monitor and provide direction to the Team that has decreased productivity
- Monitor the work of the Internal collection (Team Leader and Desk Collection)
- Maintain and foster good relations with members of departments or related units (team work)
- Maintain and foster good relations with members of departments or related units (team work) so as to create a comfortable working atmosphere so that performance can be improved.
- Ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) in accordance with agreed terms.
- Prepare materials and provide training for new and old Collectors and Team Leaders.
- Make a report on the achievement of targets on a regular basis from the work of the group.
- Overcoming complaints from customers related to collection cases
- Evaluate and make capacity planning of the team they lead.
- Maintaining high responsibility, integrity and discipline as well as ensuring these matters to the groups under their supervision.
- Help billing customers that are difficult to handle.

- Bachelor Degree in Related Fields from reputable University in Indonesia
- Self-motivated and able to work within strict deadlines and in high pressure situations
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor unsecured collectionExperience in handling Desk Collection Agents and Team Leader.
