Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Project Accounting Officer Jakarta TerbaruCore Positioning：
- Focus on TikTok Shop ID market, providing dedicated executive support for Top Creators and MCN operations.
- Core responsibilities include end-to-end follow-up of cooperation between merchants and creators/MCNs, communication promotion, basic data processing and platform resource allocation, ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of cooperation.
Key Responsibilities-General
• MCN Operation Support: Optimize and implement the full MCN onboarding process with standardized guidance; manage mid-to-tail MCNs community-based, answer daily
operational questions, align internal/external needs and feedback, and drive problem
closure.
• Creator Operation Support: Support creator central team with info collection, online list maintenance, KO meeting execution and subsidy configuration. Assist Top Creator initiative operations, basic data analysis for campaigns/budgets, ad coordination with Ads Agency; act as liaison across teams, track KPIs and support project management follow-ups.
• Product Support: Assist in promoting product portfolio cooperation, connecting brands' product matchmaking requests with creators/MCNs; follow up the full sample preparation and review process to ensure timely arrival and completion; sort out product portfolio data to support final plan confirmation
• Data & Document Management: Update, collate and summarize daily data related to
creators, MCNs and product cooperation; assist in compiling simple data reports; standardize filing of full-process materials (negotiation records, certificates, reports, etc.) to ensure business traceability.
• XFN Communication & Resource Coordination: Coordinate daily communication between merchants, creators, MCNs and internal teams, and synchronize cooperation progress timely; assist in platform resource allocation, including application, matching and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent practical
experience
- 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations, creator/MCN cooperation execution or business assistant
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability and closed-loop follow-up awareness, able to efficiently promote multi-threaded work and have basic problem-solving ability
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace ecosystem, able to independently complete data collation/analysis and report compilation
- Strict and meticulous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good pressure resistance and team cooperation spirit; able to adapt to the efficient promotion requirements of executive work
- Fluent in Indonesian and Business English (both verbal and written), with the ability to
communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and local Indonesian
creators/MCNs
- Familiar with TikTok Shop platform operation rules, understand creator and MCN
cooperation models. Experience of TikTok Shop platform or Indonesian e-commerce market characteristics and local culture is preferred.
- Familiar with the full process of online cooperation configuration is preferred
