Job Title: Web Developer with ZOHO experience
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for integrating the client's website with Zoho CRM, setting up the custom company portal within Zoho, and potentially integrating Zoho with Xero
- Responsible for implementing the live chat tool (SalesIQ) and integrating it with Zoho.
- Responsible for setting up and configuring Zoho for the client's needs, including creating user accounts, customising workflows, and managing data migration
- Responsible for developing the custom portal that allows client to view deals, orders, quotes, invoices, and support cases.
Requirements:
- Having experience as CRM or Marketing Automation
- Excellent in Zoho Administrator (Mandatory)
- Calm, unflappable demeanour
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
