We are seeking a Sales Development Representative in Tech, a superpower individual who will embrace the challenge and transform the lives of thousands of Indonesians through education. If you have a passion for learning, a keen interest in high technology and digital products, and a strong drive for achieving exceptional results in sales, you might be the perfect fit for us.
Responsibilities
- Handling hot new leads (provided and ready for feedback).
- Making a high volume of calls daily.
- Maintaining contact with previous course purchasers and offering connections to new ones.
- Engaging in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Navigating the sales funnel and entering essential information into the CRM system.
- Presenting course details to potential clients.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience in Educational or EdTech Industry is preferred.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving significant sales targets.
- Open to fresh graduates or career switchers.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Immediate joiner.
What We Offer
- Schedule: Full-time work from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
- Compensation: Competitive fixed monthly salary with commission (% of sales).
