Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Chef de Partie Pastry Gianyar TerbaruPrepare special meals or substitute items and anticipate and address guests service needs.
Ensure proper portion, arrangement, food garnish, adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
Ensure the quality of the food items. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Maintaining high Level of HACCP standard of food daily operation.
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in culinary arts, pastry and have experience minimum 2 years in the same positionGood command of English both spoken and written
Precision and attention to detail in both presentation and flavor.
Expertise in baking, pastry, and dessert preparation, including techniques such as chocolate work, sugar craft, and advanced pastry decoration.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
