- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and other event participants.
- Carry out service activities based on customer needs and complaints to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and service.
- Manage customer activities and oversee commercial areas, including swimming pools and tennis courts, as revenue sources for the company.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Any Major.
