Assisting Employer Branding tasks such as:
- Create engaging articles, videos, and graphics.
- Schedule and monitor social media posts, respond to comments/messages.
- Assist in planning and executing branding campaigns and events.
- Conduct research on trends and best practices in employer branding.
- Provide strategy recommendations based on research findings.
- Gather and share employee stories and testimonials.
- Support employee ambassadorship programs.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (minimum 6th semester).
- Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or HR is a plus.
- Understanding of employer branding strategies and trend.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Content creation and scheduling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset and passion for storytelling.
