The Role:
In the capacity of Sales Manager for BASK Gili Meno resort, you will be tasked with propelling revenue performance by devising clear, measurable sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives. A critical aspect of your responsibilities will be heightening brand awareness and reinforcing BASK Gili Meno's position as a premier eco-luxury destination.
This will entail crafting campaigns and activations that amplify our brand's visibility, underscore our sustainable tourism ethos, and resonate with discerning travelers seeking conscientious yet indulgent experiences.
Through your sales efforts, you will drive topline results while solidifying BASK Gili Meno's reputation as an industry leader.
What You'll Do:
In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between remote work and traveling to clients in surrounding cities and regional key markets. When working remotely, you'll focus on strategy, planning, and resource management from our stunning island oasis. For 60% of your time, you'll travel to meet clients, immersing yourself in the breathtaking natural surroundings that define our region while cultivating relationships and driving sales.
Developing and implementing a strategic roadmap to leverage our revenue-generating platforms and resources effectively. Fostering account connectivity and cultivating lasting relationships with industry partners and travel businesses.
Your sales expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele while prioritizing the preservation of the island's delicate ecosystem and supporting local communities.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, hospitality management, or a related field is required.
A degree in business administration, Tourism Management, or a relevant field is strongly preferred.
Coursework or training in sustainable tourism practices, sales strategy, client relationship management, and negotiations is a plus. Ability to work remotely and stay focused.
