Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Waiter Server Daily Worker Surabaya TerbaruResponsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to customers promptly and accurately.
- Ensure orders are complete and correctly presented before serving to guests.
- Maintain communication with kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery times.
- Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and take them to the dishwashing area.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide support to servers in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests
- Assist servers with additional tasks as needed, such as refilling water glasses and bringing additional utensils or condiments.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or dietary requirements from customers.
- Work collaboratively with the entire restaurant team to ensure efficient service.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining a professional and cooperative attitude.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to carry heavy trays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and reliable.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic spoken English, with the ability to understand and communicate with customers and staff.
