Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Business Controlling Senior Manager Bekasi Terbaru
- Overseeing the financial closing process for the pump business unit, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Managing budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to create realistic projections.
- Analyzing financial data, including profitability, costs, working capital, and cash flow, identifying trends and potential issues.
- Preparing insightful reports for management, explaining variances and recommending actions based on financial performance
- Partnering with pump business unit leadership, acting as a financial advisor and sounding board for strategic decisions.
- Providing financial insights to support business development activities and market analysis.
- Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational realities.
- Challenging business practices from a cost and profitability perspective, promoting financial health.
- Leading a team of business controllers within the pump business unit (depending on the company structure).
- Mentoring and coaching junior business controllers, fostering their professional development.
