Position: Housekeeper
Type: Full-Time
About Us: We have beautiful luxury villas in Uluwatu, Bali. We provide excellent service to make our guests' stays comfortable and enjoyable. We are looking for a hardworking Housekeeper to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper in 4 or 5-star hotels.
- Able to work independently and do a great job.
- Friendly and customer-focused.
- Good at managing time and priorities.
- Work quickly without losing quality.
- Speak and understand English.
- Education: SMK/SMA or similar.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy the villas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Make sure all rooms are cleaned and checked to our standards.
- Take care of equipment and make sure everything works properly.
- Report any damages or issues to your supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and restock when needed.
- Follow health and safety rules and company guidelines.
