Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Area Sales Supervisor Malang Malang TerbaruRole Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimise sales processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as part of the leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales management experience, preferably FMCG industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
- Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwodadi, Cilacap, Wonosobo
