Job Deskripsi
- Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure sourced material and services meet the needs of the business and our customers
- Review & management of cost, supplier list, supplier quotations and supplier contracts
- Consolidation & analysis on accessory spend data of entire modalities within company to have sourcing visibility for negotiation and supplier base optimization.
- Negotiation & bidding of pricing, payment term and other conditions of accessory items, and submit for Sourcing Manager’s approval.
- Tracking of saving data including cost reduction, cost avoidance and entry into system.
- Issue handling with suppliers and co-work with sales team, service team and operation team.
- Weekly update on status of vendor item review along with deal list
- Provide appropriate contract coverage for goods and services in the region. Be proficient executing the company legal templates and negotiating terms and conditions, service levels and pricing with suppliers.
- Aware of and comply with the company Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Knowledge and understanding of company Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements.
- Sourcing document management & retention (supplier contract, official letter, supplier proposal, NDA etc. for service sourcing)
- Spend data consolidation & analysis for entire sourcing spend

Minimal Pengalaman3 tahun
Deskripsi Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- 3 years work experience in Sourcing, Finance, or Operation experience
- Experience in dealing with suppliers, supplier development and negotiation
- Communication skills for internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers (Verbal/Written)
- Business English skill (Verbal/Written)
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT, etc)
- Willing to work on temporary-basis (3-6 months for maternity replacement)
- Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta
- Able to join as soon as possible (expected onboard on July 1st, 2024)
