Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Admin Assistant Medan Terbaru
- Assisting with mail as required
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Maintaining prompt and professional communication with partner bodies/institutes
- Do industry/visa related news research, compile data and maintain company files
- Word processing, data entry, photocopying and associated administrative tasks as delegated for National Office staff are completed in a timely, accurate manner
- Draft visa applications and conduct necessary paper works.
- Work with Admin from Australian Office through zoom
*Working From Home (10 AM – 7 PM Melbourne/Sydney Time)
