Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja BOSNET Distribution Indonesia visibility public Jakarta TerbaruBOSNET is an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) super-apps and ecosystem provider with two primary business facets: selling distribution super-apps and offering an ecosystem for FMCG principals to enhance their order-generation and logistics. The services provided include e-payment, pay-later options, advertising, market insights, and back-office solutions. Currently, our ecosystem processes over IDR 50 trillion worth of transactions annually.
Create and manage invoices and tax invoices (faktur pajak).
Ensure accurate documentation of invoice deliveries to customers.
Post incoming payments into the accounting system.
Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding collections and billing queries.
Follow up with customers on payment schedules and evidence of tax deductions (PPh 23).
Do and ensure the proper listing and alignment of tax invoices with corresponding invoices.
Update Accounts Receivable (AR) reports and perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Education: Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from reputable university.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have prior internship in finance or accounting is preferred.
