Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Corporate Lawyer Mataram TerbaruAbout the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Legal Counsel to provide expert advice on legal, contractual, and regulatory matters. This role is key to ensuring that the company’s operations are fully compliant with applicable laws while minimizing legal risks and protecting the company’s interests. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate and commercial law, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the construction or real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, or court cases when required.
- Monitor changes in national and regional regulations, ensuring company compliance at all times.
- Manage and coordinate external law firms for specialized legal matters.
- Support internal teams on contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and risk assessment.
- Assist in developing company policies and procedures in line with legal best practices.
- Provide legal training and guidance to management and employees as necessary.
- Placement: Mataram, Lombok - NTB
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited university; licensed to practice law in Indonesia (PERADI certification preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in corporate, commercial, or labor law.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction or real estate sector is highly desirable; familiarity with tax law is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and employment regulations.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- High proficiency in English, including legal English for document review and correspondence.
- Knowledge of Sasak is a plus, to support communication with local stakeholders in Lombok.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Integrity, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
