Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Freelance Recruiter Balikpapan TerbaruKey Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn/Job Portals) and performing initial CV screening against job qualifications.
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
- Managing the applicant database in the system (ATS) and preparing supporting documents for the recruitment process.
- Assisting in creating engaging job advertisement content to attract more applicants.ยท Maintaining good communication skills in English.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently an active university student, minimum 5th semester.
- Proficiency in Hokkien is a plus.
