Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Sea Logistics ISC Customer Care Specialist Jakarta TerbaruYou will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.
Your Role
You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, + responding to complaints. Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will provide front line support for customers to ensure customer satisfaction with our International Supply Chain (ISC) products, services + features.Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding sea freight services in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about sea freight schedules, rates, and policies.
- Assist customers with booking shipments, tracking cargo, and handling documentation.
- Identify and resolve customer issues related to sea logistics efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve service quality.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve service delivery.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Diploma or equivalent;
- Min of 1 Years Experience, Fresh Grads are encourage to apply.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the logistics or sea freight industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel Basic Formula.
- Full-time Contract position with standard office hours.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet customer needs.
- Office-based role with potential for remote work options.
