- Identify and reach out to luxury salons and spas in the Jakarta area to introduce Klara Cosmetics' products.
- Present the benefits and features of our Ultimate Honey Growth Set to salon owners, managers, and stylists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts and drive sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate focus and determination in achieving sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
