The Affiliate Sales professional will be responsible for providing recommendations and spreading awareness about how Talenta HRIS can help HR and business owners manage their human resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in human resources or B2B sales is preferred.
- Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail, work independently, and multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation skills.
