Are you a creative and skilled web designer looking for a flexible working arrangement? We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our team, working 90% from home with occasional in-office collaboration.
Position: Web Designer
Location: Hybrid (90% Remote, occasional office presence)
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present ideas and concepts
- Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for various devices, and adhere to UX/UI best practices
- Regularly update and maintain web designs, ensuring functionality and performance
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and project goals
- Occasionally attend in-office meetings for project collaboration
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a web designer
- Expertise in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end design implementation
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A solid portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects
Job Type: Part-time
