We are launching a specialized B2B software directory and need a WordPress Site Operator to handle the build, launch, and daily management. You will act as the "Webmaster," ensuring the site is technically sound, visually professional, and regularly updated.We don't just want a developer who installs a theme and leaves. We want a partner who manages the entire "Prompt-to-Publish" workflow.
Your Mandate:
1. The "Clean Code" Build:
- Installation: Set up a fresh WordPress environment on our hosting.
- Theme Config: Configure GeneratePress for maximum readability. No complex page builders (Elementor/Divi) allowed—we prioritize speed.
- Optimization: Set up caching, image compression, and permalink structures to ensure the site loads in under 1 second.
2. The Publishing Workflow:
- Draft Generation: Use our specific ChatGPT prompts to generate article drafts.
- Editorial Formatting: This is your most important task. You must take raw text and structure it into a high-value resource.
- Requirements: Add Table of Contents, bold key takeaways, use "Notice Blocks" for warnings, and ensure perfect spacing.
- Asset Management: Find, crop, and upload relevant screenshots for every tool reviewed.
3. Site Health & SEO:
- Green Lights Only: Ensure every post achieves a "Green" score in RankMath SEO before publishing.
