Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Backend Developer Lead Jakarta TerbaruQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Developer Lead.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in code review and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Preferably experienced in leading teams using Agile principles and familiar with the insurance domain.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, messaging, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AWS services (SES, S3).
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or ReactJS.
- Experience with Quarkus and Kafka is preferrable.
- Keeps up to date with IT trends and emerging technologies.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO).
