Work you’ll do
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
- Support Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of content for social media, career pages, and recruitment marketing materials.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including preparing interview materials and onboarding documentation.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed Degree and open for internship
- Business/Communication faculty grads are preferred
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Resourceful and Driven
