Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Executive Assistant Karawang TerbaruWe seek a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will support our executive. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Offices and other essential applications, and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain organized physical and digital documentation systems, ensuring that all relevant documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, and summarize complex minutes into clear and actionable reports for executive review.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Arrange itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives, optimizing time and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- At least 7 years of experience as an executive assistant or compliance role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Having good communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address potential issues before they arise.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge/google sheets
*Note: Interview will be proceeded in English
