About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to be a Projects Consultant/ Project Manager to lead Gojek’s implementation of projects across People and Culture (PAC). We're looking for someone with strong learning agility and passionate in HR & People systems :)
What You Will Do Work closely with key stakeholders from PAC to plan, design and execute the project plans for PAC with alignment to the overall PAC strategy
Garner the active participation of the process owners and key stakeholders from PAC’s Centres of Excellence (COE) in policy and process redesign/streamlining workshops
Provide guidance and facilitation to the project team to keep the project moving and achieving its deliverables within timelines
Take an active role in identifying risks and managing issues including escalation and resolution
Keep the project plan current, and project team members and management up-to-date on project progress and status
Provide strategic advice and consultation in the design and implementation of effective business processes, process improvements and approaches
Work collaboratively with stakeholders from outside PAC (i.e. Finance, Procurement, IT) for a unified project implementation, including working out necessary process and system interfaces with other departments to support configuration requirements
Guide internal resources to ensure data migration, data cleansing and data mapping work are well-executed
What You Will Need Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HRMS implementation and/or system support
Strong Project Management experience with implementing cloud HCM projects (preferably Workday)
Attention to details, self-driven, resilient, hands-on problem-solver and multi-tasker with sound analytical and decision-making skills
Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to understand the HR function, processes and strategies
Good knowledge of project management methodology
Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment and tight timelines
Strong team player with the interpersonal skills to influence and interact well with stakeholders
