Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Reservation Admin Badung TerbaruResponsibilities :
- Handling booking and inquiries from all sources (OTA, Direct, WhatsApp, etc)
- Liaise with Management Operational Team in handling guest's request and issues
- Organize and manage Reservation duties in daily basis
- Manage and optimize the reservations process
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an reservation admin or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Basic skills in hospitality, including a friendly and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of the company's product and services,
- Fast Learner
- Able to work underpreassure, flexible working hours.
- Placement in Nusa Dua
