Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Training Supervisor Gianyar TerbaruJob Description
The Training Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual training plans based on organizational needs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
- Design, organize, and facilitate internal training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate external training programs and manage relationships with training vendors and consultants.
- Monitor training schedules, participant attendance, and training logistics.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, certifications, and employee training databases.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements and company policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on training activities, budgets, and learning outcomes.
- Ensure all learning and development activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, learning methodologies, and competency development.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to analyze training data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High integrity, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
