British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Owner in Malang

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operate, clean, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery throughout the production process, while progressing toward Technical Mastery (T3) level.
- Carry out machine start-up, shutdown, and brand changeover procedures efficiently to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as CL (Cleaning & Lubrication), CIL (Cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication), and DH (Defect Handling), ensuring equipment reliability and readiness.
- Follow the Machine Maintenance Planning System (MPS), including scheduled parts checks and replacements, while identifying and resolving root causes of breakdowns, stops, and performance failures.
- Ensure optimal machine performance by adjusting parameters as needed, operating within IWS (Integrated Work Systems) standards—particularly AM DMS—while meeting safety, quality, and environmental compliance on machines such as SMD, PMD, or DIET.

- Vocational degree or background in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanics, or Physics; fresh graduates or 1+ year experience in machinery operations are welcome.
- Solid knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of CL, CIL, and DH activities in line with machine safety, EHS standards, and quality inspection processes.
- Understanding of Integrated Work Systems (IWS), particularly AM and PM pillar activities.
- Able to analyze machine performance, adjust settings, handle A/B/C faults, and committed to developing Technical Mastery (T3)
- Flexible to shift schedule.
