Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja AP AR Staff Ecommerce Assistant Project Admin Drafter Badung Terbaru

Kultur Space, a creative and stylish property management group managing unique accommodations like Kultur Pecatu Micro Villa and Kultur Umalas Hostel in vibrant Bali, is looking for passionate candidates to join our team in the following positions:

  • AP & AR Staff
  • E-commerce Assistant
  • Project Admin (Corporate Level)
  • Drafter (Corporate Level)

Requirements:

1. AP & AR Staff

  • Minimum education D3/S-1 Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Accounts Receivable / Account Payable Staff - Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Able to communicate well, with customers, vendors and teams (communicate verbally and in writing).
  • Experienced in checking financial/tax reports/at least understand the basics of accounting.
  • Understanding of tax regulations and systems is preferred.
  • Able to create and check accounts receivable and accounts payable reports neatly and carefully.
  • Good data entry and administration skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

2. E-commerce Assistant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or OTA management.
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of hospitality trends and flexibility with tasks.

3. Project Admin (Corporate Level)

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Holding a PMP certification is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a project admin, project coordinator, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using project management software such as Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in creating flowcharts, technical documentation, and scheduling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership abilities.
  • Capable of collaborating and motivating the team while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.

4. Drafter

  • Minimum education Vocational High School (SMK) in Technic.
  • Willing to work hard, be versatile (multi-tasking), and ready for long working hours.
  • Independent, fast learner, and enjoys challenges.
  • Possesses good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferably able to read technical drawings or use AutoCAD.
  • Open to candidates with experience in manufacturing, civil engineering, welding, assembly, fabrication, technician, or maintenance.
  • Owns a motorcycle and a valid Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
  • Able to drive a car and holds a valid Class A driver’s license (SIM A).
  • Willing to relocate to the project site.
