Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Business Operations Cleaning Service Junior Level Jakarta TerbaruKey Responsibilities
- Assist Vertical Owner on the overall growth, operations, and quality performance of bClean (Cleaning Service).
- Design and execute effective Tasker recruitment strategies to ensure adequate and qualified supply.
- Build and nurture a Tasker community through engagement, training, and recognition programs.
- Ensure all Taskers understand and follow SOPs with high standards of quality and empathetic service.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., booking volume, ratings, complaints, retention) to identify improvement areas and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, including training and process optimization.
- Oversee daily operational performance and maintain supply-demand balance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the service industry, particularly in cleaning, hospitality, or domestic services.
- Proven experience in field team management or community development, including recruitment and training.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication with a human-centered approach.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in on-demand service startups or workforce platforms.
- Familiar with operational and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Data Studio, CRM, etc.).
